TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Check in and departure times: Check in time is from 4p.m. Check out by 11a.m. unless otherwise agreed with Manor Lodge prior to arrival.

Breakfast:  Breakfast is served from 7a.m. to 9a.m. weekdays and 9a.m. to 10a.m. weekends.  Special dietary requirements can be catered to if discussed, on or prior to arrival.

Advanced bookings:  A non-refundable advanced booking deposit (usually 1st night) is required at time of booking and full payment 28 days prior to arrival.

Card, cash, cheque or bank transfer (BACS) accepted.

One night stays and walk ins: Guests must pay upon arrival.

Changes: If any changes need to be made to your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.  We will endeavour to help with your changes as best we can but cannot guarantee to be able to accommodate all requests.  Where we can make changes, and amendment fee of £10 per person/per amendment will become payable unless it is to increase the value of the booking.

Cancellations:If you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, please notify us as soon as possible.

We strongly advise you take out holiday insurance against unexpected problems.

We cannot be held responsible for damage, loss or theft to possessions.  Cars parked at owners risk.
