TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Check in and departure times:

Check in:

5pm-10p.m. Monday – Thursday

   5p.m. -7p.m. Thursday – Sunday.

Check out: 10am weekdays weekends unless otherwise agreed with Manor Lodge prior to arrival.

Please note that a request to check in outside these hours will be charged extra to the booking.

These times are strict due to the heavy cleaning schedule between guests following government guidelines from the COVID-19  pandemic.

Bookings that check out before scheduled departure day will be charged in full.

Breakfast: Breakfast is served as grab and go arriving by 9a.m.  Menu sent by text or email or a hard copy.   Special dietary requirements can be catered to if discussed on arrival.

Advanced Bookings:  A non-refundable payment of one night  deposit is required at time of booking and full payment  28 days and up to the day prior to arrival. Card payment is preferred, cheque or BACS accepted.

One Night Stays and Walk-ins: Guests must pay upon arrival.  We are currently taking 2 night minimum stays.

For Self-catering holiday packages- 4 night minimum- please telephone for prices and to book direct.

Changes:  If any changes need to be made to your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.  We will endeavor to help with your changes as best we can but cannot guarantee to be able to accommodate all requests.  Where we can make changes, an amendment fee of £10 per person/per amendment will become payable unless it is to increase the value of the booking.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, please notify us as soon as possible

We strongly advise you take out holiday insurance against unexpected problems e.g. Post Office or Trailfinders.  We will refund a booking or postpone subject to availability for up to 12 months if it falls within a  government imposed lockdown. However in the event of self isolation we will not refund for illness.

A copy of T&C’s in accordance with Covid regulations and government guidelines will be sent via email from time of booking and must be read, signed and returned prior to arrival.

We cannot be held responsible for damage, loss or theft to possessions.  Cars are parked at owners risk.
